ECCA asked Jamie Kyle, student at LCC and winner of theApril 'Making Money from your Creativity'competition, to produce some images for the website.
Jamiesays:
"I blame my inner-child, I can't help but include some sort of child-like or naive side to my work. Why always take life so seriously?
I really enjoy drawing, photography, reading, animation, filmand graphic novels. I take different approaches all the time, I mix it up as much as possible to keep my work exciting and fresh. But, i always have a hand-drawn element to my work. I'm very 'hands-on'. I feel have the most control over my work and myself if i can deal with it in a pratical way. My inspirations include David Shrigley, Chuck Close and David Hockney."
